Wen Jiabao is inherently a decent man and a great prime minister. He has embedded himself within the CCP and without the awesome power of that ... it is more than an institution...for it IS China ...Party, Wen would have no constituency. As his premiership draws quietly to a close, the infighting and jostling is as noisy as a termite mount.
